Jake Loggins has never rehearsed in his life. The blues guitarist has, thus far, never set foot in a studio. He writes music on the fly, on stage, wherever he might be performing. Yet Loggins doesn't find the need to hold down a day job. He makes his living solely from singing and playing music. Part of his success, he says, comes from the efforts of the Pikes Peak Blues Community, a nonprofit organization that works to cultivate a love for music.

Located in downtown Burlington Vermont, Club Metronome is the only complete live music venue in town. Metronome hosts a variety of musical genres such as rock, funk, hip-hop, reggae, singer-songwriters and A-level DJs. Club has a capacity of up to 250 people. Hosting a variety of musical genres such as rock, funk, hip-hop, reggae, singer-songwriters and DJ's; Club Metronome appeals to a variety of age groups as they strive to bring in top quality musicians from a local, regional and national level.
